Highlander Fund Raisers

Maintaining a top-level rugby club can be an expensive proposition for both the club's administrators as well as its players. Each year, the Highlanders strive to provide a variety of different fund-raising programs in order to defray some of these costs (and keep membership dues as low as possible). The participation of the club's players and fans are crucial to the success of these programs. On this page you will find a listing of all current fund-raisers. If you can help, please do not hesitate to sign-up. As always, your support is greatly appreciated.

Special thanks to everyone who purchased (or sold) tickets to this year's raffle. Running this club is always an expensive endeavor, and we truly appreciate your help in offsetting some of these expenses.

Another GO Auto Nation Fund Raiser

Bryan Ellsaesser is organizing another fund raiser with GO Auto Nation. If we strive to commit to this last round, we'll end up with close to $10,000 from these guys for the year, so don't screw it up!!!

Dates: Tuesday Sept 23 and Sunday Sept 28th 2008. Plan on working 6:00 am - 3:00 pm on Tuesday and 7:00 am - 2:00 pm on Sunday (Note: this is the Tuesday and Sunday after Ruggerfest). We always have a hard time staffing on Tuesday, so make a little sacrifice for the club and use up some flex time/vacation if you need to. Please don't commit if you can't work the whole time (it causes big scheduling headaches for the organizers when folks take off early).
